SEIP TM60 Garage Door Operator with Remote Radio Control

Enclosed chain drive, 24v DC motor with gearbox , door locked when closed, courtesy light, safety reverse / stop on obstruction, soft-start/soft-stop for smooth operation, intelligent door load monitoring and safety cut-out, manual release for power failures, garage radio wall button, remote radio control with two transmitters (433MHz rolling code). REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTOMATION: A Square Pin Power socket with earth is needed in the garage and at least 2" (50mm) headroom between the door and the ceiling for a distance of 10'6" (3.2m) back from the door, for more details please look at the Requirements for Automation page.
